The 60-second test

Before saving a product, ask four questions: Can I see it clearly? Do I understand the sizing? Can I compare it with similar links? Would I remember tomorrow why I picked it?

If the answer is no, the link might still be interesting, but it is not a keeper yet.

Before saving a link

  • Can you tell what category the item belongs to without guessing?
  • Are there enough photos to check shape, color, and finish?
  • Does the listing provide measurements or sizing hints?
  • Would you still choose it if a similar item was slightly cheaper?
  • Does it show the details that matter for this item?

A quick way to score a find

PhotosMain image, detail shots, QC photos, color consistency
SizingMeasurements, fit notes, size conversion, user comments
DetailsMaterial, hardware, print, stitching, closure, SKU options
ConfidenceWould you choose it again tomorrow?

Give each row a score from one to five. Steady fours are better than one perfect image and three unanswered questions.

When two finds look close

Choose the link with clearer proof. Good QC photos, usable size data, and cleaner seller notes are more useful than a tiny price difference.

If both links are weak in different ways, save neither. Go back to the category page and search again with a sharper phrase.

When you came from another shopping list

If you found the same kind of item on Cnfans, Hoobuy, Acbuy, Orientdig, AllChinaBuy, Superbuy, Sugargoo, or Kakobuy, use that page as a second opinion. Sometimes another list has a clearer name, a better source link, or a photo that makes the Mulebuy result easier to judge. Use that extra context to improve your notes, not to collect more tabs.

Spreadsheet overlapCompare Mulebuy with Cnfans, Hoobuy, Acbuy, Orientdig, AllChinaBuy, Superbuy, Sugargoo, and Kakobuy only when the product category is similar.
Source trailPrefer saved links that still point back to a readable Taobao, Weidian, 1688, Yupoo, or link-converter source.
Proof qualityGive more weight to QC photos, seller photos, warehouse photos, product photos, and size charts than to a short title.
Final decisionCheck shipping cost clues, budget limits, haul notes, and your saved reason before choosing the stronger find.

If another spreadsheet has the same item but weaker proof, keep the Mulebuy link. If it has clearer source links or better photos, use that information to sharpen your next Mulebuy search.

When to skip

Skip listings with mismatched photos, unclear sizing, missing detail shots, or titles that do not match the images. There will always be another option.

What a good saved note looks like

Instead of “maybe buy”, write “clear side photos, size chart included, better zipper close-up than the other link”. The note should tell you why the link survived.

Where to continue

Go back to the category page when you want a cleaner set of products, or open the Mulebuy page on Findsindex when you want the full list.
